1. Personal Information We Collect and Purpose of Use
- Account / authentication: login ID (email), password (stored encrypted) — to identify and authenticate members
- Student / guardian: student name, date of birth, profile photo, guardian contact — to provide dojang services
- Service usage: attendance and training records, inquiry and chat history, dojang information — to operate the service
- Automatically collected: push token (FCM), device information, access logs, crash information — for notifications and stability
- Device permissions: camera and photos (profile uploads), microphone and speech recognition (voice input)
- Payment: tuition payment records and card registration for recurring payments — processed by our payment processor (Stripe); full card numbers are handled by Stripe and not stored by us
2. Retention Period and Destruction
When you delete your account, your app account (login) information is deleted or anonymized immediately. Student enrollment records kept by the dojang are managed separately by the dojang, and information that must be retained under applicable law (e.g., payment records) is kept for the legally required period and then destroyed.
3. Third-Party Provision and Processing Consignment
To provide the service, we consign the processing of personal information to the following: Google (Firebase — push notifications and crash analytics) and Stripe (payment processing for dojang tuition). We do not provide personal information to third parties except where required by law or with the user's consent.
4. Rights of the Data Subject
You may request to access, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of your personal information. You can delete your account directly within the app at More > Settings > Delete account.
5. Personal Information of Children Under 14
Students enrolled at a dojang may be minors. Personal information of children under the age of 14 is processed based on the consent of their legal guardian.

7. Security Measures
We apply reasonable safeguards, including password encryption, access control, and encryption in transit (HTTPS).
8. Duty to Notify
We will announce any changes to this policy through the app or website.
